WHO WE ARE

Murray D. Wikol is a full-service developer, financier, and owner of commercial, health care, and public sector real estate. Murray is an accomplished real estate and business professional with particularly strong credentials in development, financing and management. Mr. Wikol has a Bachelor of Arts, International Economics and Master of Science, Industrial and Operating Engineering from the University of Michigan. In addition, Murray has a Master of Science, Business Administration from Stanford University. 

Douglas Elbinger, is a native Detroiter and third-generation electrical contractor, serves on the Board of Directors of Michigan Energy Efficiency Contractors Association (MEEC) and is a regular contributor to Environmental Network News, Renewable Energy World and has over 10 years with the Construction Association of Michigan Magazine. In 2016, Doug was named Direct of the Michigan Sustainable Living Summit by the Michigan Renewable Energy Association (GLREA).

Kenyotta Brown  is a Architectural Designer and Drafter with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy and is pursuing a Master of Architecture and Master of Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University. Kenyotta has over 10 years of experience in property management and is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects. 

Joseph Cushing is an Accounting and Finance Analyst with a Bachelor of Science, Business Management from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Finance from Walsh College. In addition, Joe has over 10 years of experience with real estate financial analyst and is a licensed real estate salesperson. Mr. Cushing has extensive electrical and environmental systems knowledge from his service with the U.S. Air-Force.
